Returns & Exchanges Policy

Ikonic Legend offers exchanges or replacements for eligible items. Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original payment method used.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Faulty or defective items
  • Incorrect items supplied
  • Order cancellations approved by Ikonic Legend

All refunds are processed only via the original payment provider used at checkout.

  • Payflex purchases: Refunds will be processed through Payflex only. No store credit, cash, EFT, or alternative refunds are permitted.
  • Non-Payflex purchases: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.

Limited Edition, Hype Edition & Pre-Order Items

Items marked as limited edition, hype edition, or pre-order are eligible for return or refund only in the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item supplied, subject to approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
